Indian benchmark indices ended lower on February 28.
Sensex ended 790.34 points lower at 72,304.88, whereas Nifty concluded 247.20 points down at 21,951.15.
Biggest losers on the Nifty included Power Grid Corporation, Apollo Hospitals, Eicher Motors, Maruti Suzuki, while gainers were HUL, Infosys, TCS and Bharti Airtel.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 305.09 points higher at 72,790.13, whereas Nifty concluded 76.30 points up at 22,198.35.
