Mumbai: Sensex today on January 24 was trading 71.95 points lower at 41,314.45. Similarly NSE Nifty was trading 17.85 points down at 12,162.50.
Similarly, at 10:15 am, Sensex was trading at 41,554.82 points, whereas Nifty was trading at 12,239.20.
Asian Paints, Titan, Bajaj Auto, RIL, Sun Pharma, L&T and ICICI Bank were the top gainer in the Sensex pack. On the other hand, PowerGrid, Kotak Bank, Infosys, TCS, Tata Steel and Bharti Airtel were top losers.
On the currency front, the rupee depreciated marginally to 71.29 against the US dollar in morning session.
