The SANTANDER DATAGRO Opening Crop – Sugarcane, Sugar, and Ethanol is the event that marks the planning kickoff for the Brazilian sugarcane industry, with the opening of the annual sugarcane crop.
Bringing together entrepreneurs and executives from mills, sugarcane producers, suppliers, and political leaders to present innovative analyses on the sugarcane crop and also to discuss the fundamentals of the global market, the sustainability of the sugarcane industry, technology in agriculture, financing, and diversification of biofuel usage. Analysis on the results of the 2023/24 crop and estimates for the following crop will also be presented to the public.
To be held in a hybrid format, the 8th SANTANDER DATAGRO Opening Crop – Sugarcane, Sugar, and Ethanol is scheduled for March 2024 in the city of Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, with online participation also available.
Last year, its 7th edition brought together more than 70 speakers, over 1700 participants, and featured 18 hours of content.
