Kasganj: After the implementation of the e-sugarcane system in the Kasganj district, flaws have emerged in the registration process. So far 413 cane growers have lodged objections with the sugarcane department. The department is working on resolving the complaints.
The process of cane purchase for crushing has begun, and around 8000 farmers have registered with the department. Online claims objections were sought after the department implemented the e-sugarcane system. Total 413 farmers have registered complaints regarding feeding discrepancies in data, including wrong bank account, land disputes, and others.
Sugarcane department has resolved maximum issues. The department has asked the complainant farmers to submit documents to fix the problems.
