Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex closed on November 2, 2020, at 143.51 points higher at 39,757.58. Nifty ended 10.60 points high at 11,653.00.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on October 30, 2020, at 135.78 points lower at 39,614.07. Nifty ended 28.40 points low at 11,642.40.
IndusInd Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC and Bharti Airtel were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers included Reliance Industries, Divis Labs, Eicher Motors, HCL Tech and BPCL.
