Mumbai: Benchmark indices closed higher today. Sensex closed on 05 February at 117.34 points higher at 50,731.63. Nifty ended 28.60 points high at 14,924.25.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 04 February at 358.54 points higher at 50,614.29. Nifty ended 105.70 points high at 14,895.65.
SBI, Tata Steel, Divis Labs, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Dr Reddy’s Labs were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Axis Bank, Bharti Airtel, Tata Motors, ICICI Bank and UPL.
