Mumbai: Benchmark indices closed flat today in the highly volatile session. Sensex closed on 10 February at 19.69 points lower at 51,309.39. Nifty ended 2.80 points low at 15,106.50.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 09 February at 19.69 points lower at 51,329.08. Nifty ended 6.50 points low at 15,109.30.
Cipla, Bajaj Finserv, SBI Life Insurance, M&M and HDFC Life were among major losers on the Nifty, while losers were Eicher Motors, Bharti Airtel, HDFC Bank, Tata Steel and Britannia Industries.
