Mumbai: Benchmark indices closed low today. Sensex closed on 18 February at 379.14 points lower at 51,324.69. Nifty ended 89.90 points low at 15,119.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 17 February at 400.34 points lower at 51,703.83. Nifty ended 104.55 points low at 15,208.90.
Bajaj Finance, Nestle, Kotak Mahindra Bank, M&M and Shree Cements were among major losers on the Nifty, while gainers included ONGC, GAIL, BPCL, IOC and NTPC.
