Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex closed on 22th April at 374.87 points higher at 48,080.67. Nifty ended 109.75 points high at 14,406.15.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 20th April at 243.62 points lower at 47,705.80. Nifty ended 63.05 points low at 14,296.40.
Wipro, ICICI Bank, Tata Steel, JSW Steel and HDFC were the top Nifty50 gainers, while Shree Cement, Titan Company, Tata Consumer, Hindustan Unilever and Nestle India were the top losers.
