Kolhapur: Three employees attached with a sugar factory in Shirol taluka died under mysterious circumstances while checking the water purification tank of the mill on Monday. The incident has been registered with the local police station.
According to the media reports, one worker of the sugar mill had got down the tank for some work. After some time when he did not return, his other co-workers got down to find him. The workers in the factory found the trio lying unconscious in the evening.
The trio was rushed to a hospital but they all were declared dead during the medical treatment. Their bodies have been sent to the post-mortem. The cause of their death will be learned after getting the PM report.
