Roorkee: Laksar sugar mill has cleared the cane dues of the farmers that have sent their cane from February 16 to 28. The mill has sent the dues worth Rs 34.12 crore to the cane committees to disburse among the farmers.
The mill has already cleared cane dues till February 15. The secretary in-charge of the Laksar Sugarcane Committee said that the money would be transferred to the bank accounts of the farmers in the next three to four days.
