Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended with little change in the highly volatile session. Sensex closed on 14th May at 41.75 points higher at 48,732.55. Nifty ended 15.50 points low at 14,681.00.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 12th May at 471.01 points lower at 48,690.80. Nifty ended 154.25 points low at 14,696.50.
Coal India, Tata Motors, Hindalco Industries, Tata Steel and Grasim Industries were among the top losers on the Nifty. Gainers included Asian Paints, UPL, ITC, Nestle and L&T.
