Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended flat today. Sensex closed on 1st June at 2.56 points lower at 51,934.88. Nifty ended 7.95 points low at 15,574.85.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 31st May at 514.56 points higher at 51,937.44. Nifty ended 147.15 points high at 15,582.80.
Adani Ports, ONGC, Bajaj Finance, SBI and Bajaj Auto were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers included JSW Steel, Tata Steel, UltraTech Cement, ICICI Bank and Grasim Industries.
