Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh: On the Jaunpur-Shahganj road, a sugar-laden truck coming from Shahganj towards Jaunpur on Friday morning, overturned in a 20-feet deep ditch on the roadside after the driver lost his control on the vehicle. The truck was enroute to Bihar after loading sugar from Shahganj.
According to the media report, both driver and cleaner were seriously injured in the incident. The timely intervention of the fire brigade saved their lives.
After the incident, hearing a loud sound, the fire brigade personnel reached the spot. Driver Arvind Yadav and Khalasi Chhotelal were pulled out. Both were taken by ambulance to the district hospital. Both were discharged from the hospital after first aid.
