Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended lower today. Sensex closed on 28th July at 135.05 points lower at 52,443.71. Nifty ended 37.05 points lower at 15,709.40.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 27th July at 273.51 points lower at 52,578.76. Nifty ended 79.80 points lower at 15,744.65.
Dr Reddy’s Labs, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Tata Motors, Cipla and M&M were the top Nifty losers. Bharti Airtel, Tata Steel, SBI Life Insurance, Divis Labs and IndusInd Bank were among the top gainers.
