Gobind Sugar Mills Limited, a material subsidiary of Zuari Global, has halted the ethanol production due to the shortage of molasses, the company informed the Exchange.
According to the news report published in Indiainfoline.com, the company has informed that it has started annual maintenance with effect from August 20, 2021.
The company stated that it will inform once the Ethanol plant resumes operations. The Zuari Global Ltd was trading at Rs 117.60 apiece at around 15:10 PM, down by 4.00% or Rs 4.90 from the earlier closing of Rs 123.50 apiece on the BSE.
