Mumbai: The equity benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex closed on 3rd September at 277.41 points higher at 58,129.95. Nifty ended 89.45 points higher at 17,323.60.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 2nd September at 514.33 points higher at 57,852.54. Nifty ended 157.90 points higher at 17,234.15.
Reliance Industries, ONGC, Coal India, IOC and Titan Company were the top Nifty gainers. HDFC Life, Cipla, Bharti Airtel, HUL and HDFC Bank were among the top losers.
