Mumbai: The equity benchmark indices ended flat today. Sensex closed on 07th September at 17.43 points lower at 58,279.48. Nifty ended 15.70 points lower at 17,362.10.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 6th September at 166.96 points higher at 58,296.91. Nifty ended 54.20 points higher at 17,377.80.
Among sectors, selling was seen in banks, IT, metals, pharma, realty and auto indices, while FMCG, media and financial services indices ended in the green.
