State wise prices as on September 23rd, 2021 :
◾ Maharashtra:S/30 Sugar rates from millers are ₹3380 to ₹3450/Qntl. whereas M/30 ₹3510 to 3560/Qntl.
◾ Karnataka : S/30 Sugar rates were ₹3425 to 3485/Qntl. M/30 is at ₹3500 to 3525/Qntl.
◾ Uttar Pradesh: The rates for M/30 are ₹3680 to 3700/Qntl.
◾ Gujarat: S/30 Sugar rates are ₹3401 to 3481/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at ₹3541 to 3571.
◾ Tamil Nadu: S/30 Sugar rates are ₹3600 to 3650/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at ₹3700/Qntl.

Sugar prices on Wednesday closed higher on concerns of the Brazilian sugarcane crop. London White Sugar closed at $508.20/ton up $7 whereas New York Sugar closed up 0.36 points at 19.33 cents per pound.
Market Today :
London White Sugar front month contract is trading at $508.20/tn whereas New York Sugar front month contract is trading at 19.33/lb
Currency, Commodity & Indian Indices: The rupee traded against the US dollar at 73.706 whereas USD was trading with BRL at 5.2892 Crude futures traded at Rs.5312 Crude WTI traded at $71.92 a barrel. Sensex closed 958.03 points higher at 59,885.36 whereas Nifty ended 276.30 points lower at 17,822.95.
