Sugar Market Scenario:
The market witnessed moderate demand.
State wise prices today
◾ Maharashtra:S/30 Sugar rates from millers are ₹3180 to ₹3230/Qntl. whereas M/30 ₹3250 to 3350/Qntl.
◾ Karnataka : S/30 Sugar rates were ₹3270 to 3330/Qntl. whereas M/30 ₹3220 to 3330/Qntl.
◾ Uttar Pradesh: The rates for M/30 were at ₹3490 to 3510/Qntl.
◾ Gujarat: S/30 Sugar rates are ₹3221 to 3281/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at ₹3321 to 3381/Qntl.
◾ Tamil Nadu: S/30 Sugar rates are ₹3400 to 3450/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at ₹3450 to 3500/Qntl.

International Market:
Yesterday’s Closing:
Yesterday London White Sugar closed unchanged at $511.20/ton, New York sugar was not trading on occasion of Thanksgiving Holiday.
Market Today:
The London White Sugar front month contract is trading at $505.90/ton whereas the New York Sugar front month contract is trading at 19.59/lb.
Currency, Commodity & Indian Indices:
The rupee traded against the US dollar whereas USD was trading with BRL at 5.6069, Crude futures traded at Rs.5541 Crude WTI traded at $73.75a barrel. Sensex closed 1687.94 points down at 57,107.15 whereas Nifty ended 509.80 points lower at 17,026.45.
