Mumbai: The equity benchmark indices ended lower today. Sensex closed on December 14 at 166.33 points lower at 58,117.09. Nifty ended 43.35 points lower at 17,324.90.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on December 13 at 503.25 points lower at 58,283.42. Nifty ended 143.05 points lower at 17,368.25.
Power Grid Corporation, Nestle India, Axis Bank and Dr Reddy’s Labs were the top gainers while ITC, Bajaj Finance, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Bharti Airtel were the top losers.
