State wise prices today
◾ Maharashtra:S/30 Sugar rates from millers are ₹3230 to ₹3250/Qntl. whereas M/30 ₹3330 to 3350/Qntl.
◾ Karnataka : S/30 Sugar rates were ₹3300 to 3350/Qntl. whereas M/30 ₹3310 to 3400/Qntl.
◾ Uttar Pradesh: The rates for M/30 were at ₹3460 to 3490/Qntl.
◾ Gujarat: S/30 Sugar rates are ₹3285 to 3401/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at ₹3351 to 3501/Qntl.
◾ Tamil Nadu: S/30 Sugar rates are ₹3450 to 3525/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at ₹3500 to 3550/Qntl.

International Market Today:
The London White Sugar front month contract is trading at $502.70/ton whereas the New York Sugar front month contract is trading at 19.26/lb.
Currency, Commodity & Indian Indices:
The rupee traded against the US dollar at 75.215 whereas USD was trading with BRL at 5.6412, Crude futures traded at Rs.5505, Crude WTI traded at $72.97 a barrel. Sensex closed 384.72 points higher at 57,315.28 whereas Nifty ended 117.15 points higher at 17,072.60.
