Jaspur, Uttarakhand: MLA Adesh Chauhan directed the officials of the Nadehi sugar mill to complete the repair and maintenance work of the machinery on time and be ready for the upcoming crushing season, reports Amar Ujala.
He had convened a meeting of the mill officials on Tuesday to review the preparations work regarding the forthcoming crushing season.
He has asked the mill to start cane crushing from November 1.
The mill had crushed 27,65,000 quintal sugarcane in the last crushing season and aims to crush 30 lakh quintal in the upcoming season.
