Benchmark indices ended flat today. On October 7, Sensex closed 30.81 points lower at 58,191.29, whereas Nifty ended 17.15 points down at 17,314.65.
In the previous season, on October 6, Sensex closed 156.63 points higher at 58,222.10, whereas Nifty ended 57.50 points high at 17,331.80.
Titan Company, Power Grid Corporation, ONGC, IndusInd Bank and Grasim Industries were among the top Nifty gainers. Tata Consumer Products, BPCL, M&M, UltraTech Cement and Coal India were the top losers.
