Benchmark indices ended lower today. On October 13, Sensex closed 390.58 points lower at 57,235.33, whereas Nifty ended 109.25 points down at 17,014.35.
In the previous season, on October 12, Sensex closed 478.59 points higher at 57,625.91, whereas Nifty ended 140.05 points up at 17,123.60.
Wipro, Adani Ports, SBI, SBI Life Insurance and L&T were among the top Nifty losers. HCL Tech, Sun Pharma, Coal India, Britannia and Tata Motors were the top gainers.
