Parle Biscuits has taken steps to increase the capacity of its sugar mill located in Parsendi, Uttar Pradesh from 4,850 tccpd to 8,000 tccpd, reports Projects Today.
The contract for the construction and supply of machinery for the expansion of the project has been awarded to Excess Engineering Equipments. Around 75% of the total work has been completed and the expansion is likely to be completed by May 2023.
