Karnal: Karnal Cooperative Sugar Mill has launched a ‘Ganna App’ to provide benefits to the sugarcane farmers, reports Tribune India.
Through the app, farmers will be connected to the mill round-the-clock and get all the details about the crushing season, their schedule to harvest cane and supply to the mill for crushing, the status of the crushing yard and details about the transfer of payment.
Dr Pooja Bharti, Managing Director of the sugar mill said, “The app was launched two days ago. Farmers will get each and every information regarding the crushing season through this app after downloading it.”
