At the time of writing this update London White Sugar #5 front month contract is trading at $547.90/ton, whereas the New York Sugar #11 front month contract is trading at 19.86 c/lb.
Currency, Commodity & Indian Indices:
The rupee traded against the US dollar at 81.617, whereas USD was trading with BRL at 5.1702, Crude futures traded at ₹6705, Crude WTI traded at $81.617/barrel. Sensex closed 37.08 points lower at 60,978.75 whereas Nifty ended 0.25 points lower at 18,118.30
