A new AI-powered chatbot, KissanGPT has been launched to help Indian farmers in their agricultural activities.
The bot designed on the lines of ChatGPT could play a major role in increasing farmers income as they rely solely on farming for their livelihood.
This will assist farmers in addressing their agricultural queries. It is available in major Indian languages including Hindi. It can provide real-time advice on various farming-related activities like irrigation, pest control and crop cultivation. Farmers can interact with the chatbot through their smartphones and it is easy to access and convenient in using it.
Pratik Desai, a computer scientist has developed KissanGPT and it would help in bridging the information gap between farmers and experts and provide quality inputs to the farmers whenever necessary.
