Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex ended 317.81 points higher at 62,345.71, whereas Nifty concluded 84.05 points up at 18,398.85.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 123.38 points higher at 62,027.90, whereas Nifty concluded 17.80 points up at 18,314.80.
Hero MotoCorp, Tata Motors, ITC, Tech Mahindra and HUL were among the top gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Adani Enterprises, Cipla, BPCL, Divis Labs and Grasim Industries.
