Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended lower today. Sensex ended 128.90 points lower at 61,431.74, whereas Nifty concluded 51.80 points down at 18,129.95.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 371.83 points lower at 61,560.64, whereas Nifty concluded 104.75 points down at 18,181.75.
Top losers on the Nifty included Divis Laboratories, Adani Ports, SBI, ITC and Titan Company. However, gainers were Bajaj Finance, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank and Asian Paints.
