Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex ended 118.57 points higher at 62,547.11, whereas Nifty concluded 46.35 points up at 18,534.10.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 122.75 points higher at 62,969.13, whereas Nifty concluded 35.20 points up at 18,633.85.
Top gainers on the Nifty included Hindalco Industries, Apollo Hospitals, Hero MotoCorp, Tata Steel and JSW Steel, while losers were Adani Enterprises, Infosys, BPCL, HDFC Life and TCS.
