Firm sentiment reported in domestic sugar prices
Sugar prices in domestic markets remained firm on good demand. Meanwhile, JK Sugar’s subsidiary, eBuy Sugar, has launched an e-tender for sugar trading, facilitating smooth trading activity in the sugar industry. Prices for S grades in Kolhapur reported up by 20-30 per quintal in the Rs 3,430 to Rs 3,460 range, while prices for M grades in Muzaffarnagar inched higher by Rs 10 per quintal in the range of Rs 3,630 to Rs 3,670. Prices have reported to surged in the evening session on stronger demand.
According to Agrimandi.live, prices will likely to remain broader range in the coming days. Prices in the Kolhapur market are expected to move in the vicinity of Rs 3,380 per quintal to Rs 3,500 per quintal range.
