Benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex ended 232.23 points higher at 65,953.48, whereas Nifty concluded 80.30 points up at 19,597.30.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 480.57 points higher at 65,721.25, whereas Nifty concluded 135.35 points up at 19,517.00.
Divis Laboratories, Mahindra & Mahindra, SBI Life Insurance, LTIMindtree and Adani Ports were among the top gainers on the Nifty, while the top losers were Britannia Industries, Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto, State Bank of India and Axis Bank.
