Vijayanagaram : Satya Biofuels planning to establish a grain-based ethanol distillery unit with a substantial capacity of 200 kiloliters per day (KLPD) in Bobbili, situated in the Vijayanagaram district of Andhra Pradesh, reports Projects Today.
This upcoming facility will occupy an expanse of 10.21 acres of land and will also encompass a co-generation power plant capable of generating six megawatts (MW) of power.
The company is presently awaiting environmental clearance (EC) and mulling to commence the project’s implementation in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2023-2024 (Q4/FY24).
Furthermore, the project is expected to be completed by October, 2025. The selection of the contractor and machinery supplier for the project is yet to be finalized.
