Baghpat: Farmers demand an early start of sugar mill’s crushing operations

Baghpat (Uttar Pradesh):On Friday, farmers from Lumb Village held a meeting with the General Manager (GM) of Ramala Sugar Mill to request an early commencement of the crushing season, as reported by Live Hindustan.

Manish Chauhan, a farmer hailing from Lumb Village, expressed the challenges faced by the local farmers due to the new bonds. In an effort to address this issue, farmers gathered to meet with the GM of Ramala.

The GM assured the farmers of immediate action to resolve the matter, affirming that the sugar mill would commence operations smoothly by the end of October. He also encouraged farmers to reach out directly to him in case they encounter any issues.
