Indian benchmark indices ended higher on February 16.
Sensex ended 376.26 points higher at 72,426.64, whereas Nifty concluded 129.95 points up at 22,040.70.
The biggest gainers on the Nifty included Wipro, M&M, SBI Life Insurance, Adani Ports and Maruti Suzuki, while the top losers were Power Grid Corporation, ONGC, SBI, Britannia Industries and Reliance Industries.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 227.55 points higher at 72,050.38, whereas Nifty concluded 70.70 points up at 21,910.75.
