Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: The sugarcane crushing season at the Mohiuddinpur Sugar Mill will come to an end on Thursday, informed Kumar Dharmendra, the mill’s general manager.
He appealed to the farmers in the mill’s area to bring their harvestable sugarcane to the mill gate by evening. Kumar Dharmendra disclosed that the mill has crushed 49.80 lakh quintals of sugarcane, producing 5.41 lakh quintals of sugar. The mill has also commenced a sugarcane survey. Farmers are urged to cooperate with the mill staff to complete the sugarcane survey.
