Kothari Sugars & Chemicals Ltd net profit dropped to Rs 5.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2024, compared to Rs 23.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2023. Revenue from operations also fell to Rs 94.28 crore in the March 2024 quarter, down from Rs 207.48 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
For the full fiscal year, net profit decreased to Rs 29.49 crore in the year ended March 2024, compared to Rs 41.92 crore in the year ended March 2023. Revenue from operations declined to Rs 502.73 crore in the year ended March 2024, compared to Rs 609.97 crore in the previous year.
