Shamli, Uttar Pradesh: Thana Bhawan’s Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) MLA Ashraf Ali met with the Cabinet Minister of sugar mill and sugarcane development, Lakshmi Narayan Chaudhary, and urged to ensure sugar mills clear the pending dues of sugarcane farmers. He also insisted that the Unn and Thana Bhawan sugar mills expedite the payment of pending dues.
He said, “I hope that the government will put necessary pressure on Thana Bhawan sugar mill and Unn sugar mill and get the outstanding payments made soon.”
