Gorakhpur: Kali Shankar Yaduvanshi, the national president of the OBC Party, submitted a memorandum addressed to the Commissioner demanding the reopening of the closed Saraya sugar mill.
The 11-point memorandum was handed over to Additional Divisional Commissioner Hariom Sharma.
Apart from this the other demands the delegation made included the creation of a new block for the 52 villages located in the Doab area between the Rapti and Gorra rivers in Brahmpur block.
