Praj Industries has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vasantdada Sugar Institute, Pune, to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bioeconomy-Farm to Fuel Approach.
The primary goal of this initiative is to focus on the development of alternative feedstocks and the valorization of byproducts. The CoE will facilitate research, training, technological innovations, developing best practices for feedstock development.
With bright minds from both parties coming together, Praj is optimistic that the CoE will become a leading center of excellence for low carbon biofuel technology innovation. Also, integration of different feedstocks along with byproduct valorization will deliver sustainable solutions for the biofuels industry.
