HPCL to commission Bhatinda’s ethanol plant before 2024-end

New Delhi: State-run Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) plans to commission a 2G ethanol plant in Bhatinda, Punjab, said the company’s Chairman and managing director (CMD) Pushp Kumar Joshi. The PSU’s management revealed the information during a recent investor conference call, reports PSUWATCH.

“We will also complete our LPG cavern storage facility in Mangalore and commission our 2G Ethanol plant in Bathinda. All this will happen before the end of this calendar year,” said the CMD.
