Gadhpura: The Hasanpur sugar mill will begin sugarcane crushing operations on November 16. In preparation for the 2024-25 crushing season, a ceremonial prayer for the distribution slips (indents) was held on Monday at the mill’s sugarcane department office, reported Live Hindustan.
Executive Chairman Ravindra Kumar Tiwari announced that all necessary arrangements for the mill’s operation for November 16 are complete. He emphasized that, as in previous years, the mill management is committed to following the Bihar government’s sugarcane industry guidelines to ensure 100% calendar-based purchasing. He also urged farmers to supply only clean, fresh sugarcane to the mill.
The General Manager requested farmers’ cooperation in ensuring smooth operations, stating that the mill is dedicated to providing them with the best possible facilities. Present at the ceremony were Mechanical Head Tikam Singh, Distillery Division Head Anuj Malik, Vice President of Finance Manoj Prasad, along with Uday Raj Singh, Paramveer Singh, Ashutosh Kumar Pathak, Madan Mohan Mishra, Tulsi Kumar Mandal, Puneet Chauhan, Ramkrishna Prasad, Deepak Kumar, Amit Kumar Rai, Rajendra Mishra, Satish Kumar Singh, Satyarth Shukla, Dinesh Kumar Sinha, Ajay Trivedi, Abhay Nath Mishra, Rudrakant Singh, and others.
