March NY world sugar #11 (SBH25) Wednesday closed down -0.11 (-0.55%), and March London ICE white sugar #5 (SWH25) closed up +12.50 (+2.35%).
Sugar prices Wednesday settled mixed, with London sugar posting a 1-1/2 week high. NY sugar prices came under pressure Wednesday after India projected a “bumper” sugar crop for the 2025/26 season that will allow it to boost sugar exports.
