Mumbai: Sensex ended today on 18th September 2019 at 82.79 points higher at 36,563.88. Similarly, NSE Nifty too ended 23.05 points up at 10,840.65.
Britannia Industries, Coal India, ONGC, Eicher Motors and Yes Bank were among the top losers today.
Top gainers included Tata Steel, BPCL, Vedanta, JSW Steel and IOC rising up to 2.5 per cent.
In the previous season on Tuesday Sensex ended 642.22 points lower at 36,481.09. Similarly, NSE Nifty too ended 185.90 down at 10,817.60.
The rupee was trading at 71.255 against the dollar.
