Mumbai: BSE Sensex today on 26th September 2019 was trading 384.54 points higher at 38,978.06 at 09:45 am. On the other hand, the NSE Nifty rose 120.75 points at 11,560.95 in morning trade.
Similarly, at 10:35 am, Sensex was trading at 39,059.05 points, and Nifty was trading at 11,581.15 points.
ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, Kotak Bank, L&T, M&M, Bajaj Finance, ONGC, Tata Steel, Maruti, Bharti Airtel, Tech Mahindra and Asian Paints were among the top gainers rising up to 3 per cent.
Yes Bank, HCL Tech, SBI, Infosys, HDFC, PowerGrid, ITC, Sun Pharma and TCS were among the top losers falling up to 3 per cent.
On the currency front, the Indian rupee appreciated 10 against its previous close at 70.93 in early session.
Global oil benchmark Brent crude fell 0.10 per cent to 62.45 per barrel.
