Mumbai: Sensex today on 22nd October 2019 was trading 82.38 points lower at 39,216, while NSE Nifty fell 2.50 points at 11,659.35 in morning trade.
Similarly, at 10:13 am, Sensex was trading at 39,224 points, and Nifty was trading at 11,659 points.
Yes Bank, TCS, Bharti Airtel, HUL, ICICI Bank, Hero MotoCorp, HDFC twins, RIL and ITC were among the top gainers.
Tata Motors, HCL Tech, Tech Mahindra and Asian Paints were among the top losers.
On the currency front, the rupee appreciated by 22 paise against the US dollar to trade at 70.92 in early session.
