Mumbai: Sensex and Nifty opened at a lifetime high on Thursday with Sensex jumping 141 points to 41,161.54 and Nifty at 12,132.
Similarly, at 10:10 am, Sensex was trading at 41,092 points, and Nifty was trading at 12,123 points.
TCS, Tata Steel, ICICI Bank, L&T and SBI were among the top gainers.
Tata Motors, HUL, ONGC, Vedanta and Hero MotoCorp were among the top losers today.
On the currency front, the rupee depreciated marginally against the US dollar to trade at 71.37 in early session.
