Mumbai: Sensex today on January 22 was trading 204.30 points higher at 41,528.11. Similarly NSE Nifty was trading 46.70 points up at 12,216.55.
Similarly, at 10:10 am, Sensex was trading at 41,383.46 points, whereas Nifty was trading at 12,182.50.
Infosys, Bharti Airtel, SBI, Sun Pharma, TCS, Bajaj Finance, HCL Tech, RIL and HDFC duo were the top gainer in the Sensex pack. On the other hand, ONGC, NTPC, PowerGrid, Asian Paints and Hero MotoCorp were top losers.
On the currency front, the rupee appreciated marginally to 71.18 against the US dollar in morning session.
